Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and financial institution.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:
- The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
- The purchase was made fraudulently or through unauthorized payment methods.
- The product was obtained in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Multiple refund requests are submitted by the same customer in a manner that suggests abuse of the refund policy.
